Integrating the Web with the call center is a special expertise Kathy has developed as one of the founding partners of Greystone.Net. Her early, groundbreaking efforts to integrate call center functions have contributed greatly to the advancement of telephony strategies in healthcare. Formerly the Director of Marketing for the Emory University Health Care System in Atlanta, Kathy has held similar positions at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia and the University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham. She was named the Young Marketer of the Year by The Alliance for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing in 1998, an award honoring innovative marketers under the age of 40. |
![]() Mike Schnieder Executive Vice President, Greystone.Net | Mike has helped over 50 healthcare organizations develop Internet-related strategic plans. Twelve years of experience in the healthcare industry qualified Mike to assume this major role with clients in developing the planning process, as well as overseeing the design and deployment of Web sites and collateral marketing materials. Before joining Greystone.Net, Mike was the Director of Database Management and Research for Emory University Health Care System in Atlanta. He has also assumed marketing and planning responsibilities for the National Office of the American Cancer Society (ACS) in Atlanta and St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Mike’s leadership in strategic consulting for over a decade has helped to build Greystone.Net’s pre-eminence in this specialized field. |
![]() John Eudes Executive Vice President, Greystone.Net | Thirty years ago, John recognized that planning and marketing would become valued disciplines that would transform how healthcare providers develop and maintain relationships with customers. After assuming a position as Marketing Officer at a midwestern community hospital, John exported his marketing expertise to an academic medical center (University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham). After eight successful years at University of Alabama Medical Center in Birmingham, he was recruited to join the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia. Following, he went to Emory University Health Care System in Atlanta where he was responsible for marketing, corporate development, affiliations, and strategic business planning. John is co-founder of Greystone.Net. and his vision continues to enable the firm to provide leadership in customer relationship management. In March 2000, John was presented with the Frank Weaver Leadership Award from The Alliance for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing. |
![]() Rachelle Montaño Vice President, Greystone.Net | Rachelle is the Vice President, Consulting Operations with Greystone.Net. While with Greystone, she has assisted hospitals and health systems with multiple Internet strategic planning and Web site assessment engagements. She also served as product developer of Greystone.Net Benchmarking, a product that allows hospitals and health care organizations to confidentially compare their Internet progress to their peers and nationwide. Prior to joining Greystone.Net she worked as a Research Analyst evaluating the rapidly changing e-Health environment for Nuesoft.com, a physician practice management software company. She has a MBA with an e-commerce concentration from Georgia State University. She also holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in nutritional science from Cornell University and Georgia State University respectively and is a registered dietitian. |
![]() Tom Brand Executive Director, AVID Design | Tom founded AVID Design in 1996 with the objective of offering expert interactive services. As agency Principal and Executive Director, he provides Senior Creative Direction, guides business strategy and is active in helping the firm to cultivate new business relationships with both large and small healthcare organizations nationally. Tom has provided consulting and implementation services for such healthcare groups as Palomar Pomerado Healthcare of San Diego, Saint Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta, Columbus Regional Healthcare, Phoebe Putney, as well as many others. In addition to his agency work, Tom has instructed new media courses at Atlanta’s acclaimed Portfolio Center, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. An instrument-rated private pilot, he also volunteers services to Angel Flight of Georgia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Art and Illustration from Carson-Newman College. |
![]() Louis Towles Chief Technology Officer, Photobooks | Louis Towles is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Operations for the Atlanta-based PhotoBooks, Inc. In this capacity and others over the past 15 years, he has worked with hundreds of healthcare-related companies on a variety of internal and Internet-based development projects. He first joined PhotoBooks in 1993 when the company was just starting out at the Advanced Technology Deployment Center at Georgia Tech. With his background in computer science and computer engineering, he has helped to build the company over the years into a flexible and customized information solutions provider. Currently PhotoBooks is working with 175 different healthcare companies on current Web projects including PDAs, print on demand applications, streaming video, physician self update, and content management systems. In addition, PhotoBooks also produces hundreds of database driven print publications each year for a wide variety of healthcare, legal and academic customers. |
