Provider-based attendees are encouraged to visit each participating Passport vendor, via the conference platform, during exhibiting hours, to get their Passport stamped. Providers who collect a sufficient number of stamps will be eligible for prize drawings at the conclusion of the conference. Each exhibitor who participates is responsible for supplying a prize valued at approximately $200.00 to give to winning attendees!
Diamond Level: For maximum exposure at the conference, be a Diamond level sponsor by spending $5,500 or above in any combination of sponsorship and exhibitor options. In addition to the list of benefits below, Diamond sponsors will receive two (2) additional complimentary full registration fees for staff/clients and one (1) staff registration at 50% off.
Platinum Level: This is the sponsorship level for firms who want added exposure throughout CEC and the level can be reached by spending $4,000 in any combination of sponsorship and exhibitor options. In addition to the sponsor benefits listed below, Platinum sponsors receive one (1) additional complimentary client/staff registration and one (1) staff registration at 50% off.
Gold Level: Being a Gold sponsor is an economical way to secure additional exposure at CEC. Firms can become a Gold sponsor by spending $3,000 in any combination of sponsorship and exhibitor options. As a Gold sponsor, your firm will reap the benefits described below.

One (1) scheduled push notification to attendees on the conference website (limited availability and content and timing of the notification must be approved by CEC organizers).
Two intermissions/breaks during each day. Intermission options may include video-based yoga, bread making, band playing music and fly fishing demonstration. This sponsorship includes logo recognition on the recorded intermission.
Sponsors have the opportunity to briefly introduce their company, the session and the speakers in one of two tracks. Each track includes three (3) sessions giving the sponsor the opportunity to provide a unique introduction for each session. The introduction will be pre-recorded and will run immediately in advance of the session.
Sponsors have the opportunity to lead an up to five (5) minute introduction of their company, the keynote session and the speakers in advance of the keynote address. The introduction will be pre-recorded and will run immediately in advance of the keynote presentation. Two keynotes are available for both March and August.

The sponsor of the Roundtable event will be able to give an up to 2 minute broadcasted introduction during the roundtable discussions. The description of the sponsor will be included in the platform and the sponsoring firm will be allowed to facilitate up to three (3) individual tables. A company representative must be present to facilitate each table and the educational topics will be based on mutual agreement.
