The Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame (HIHOF) will offer a new award this year, to be presented at the Annual Healthcare Internet Conference (HCIC) in Austin, TX, in November. 

The new Rising Talent award will be presented to an individual in the healthcare internet industry who has:

• Been active in the healthcare internet industry for 3-5 years
• Shown active participation and growth in the industry
• Received favorable attention, both inside and outside of their organization, during their first 3-5 years in the industry.

The Rising Talent Award was created to encourage younger people who have less experience in their careers by showing them that there are opportunities for growth and community development, even if they've had only a few years of experience.
